Whether you’re coming directly or via a healthcare professional, we’ve made the booking process as flexible and simple as possible.
Booking Eligibility
- You are 16 years of age or older (paediatric cases are reviewed individually).
- You do not have a cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, or other non-MRI-safe implanted cardiac device.
- You do not have metallic foreign bodies in the eye (especially relevant if you have worked with metal e.g. welding or grinding).
- You are not pregnant.
- Your weight is under 150 kg and waist circumference is under 50 inches.
- You have informed us of any metallic implants or previous surgery in the region being scanned.
All bookings are subject to a telephone screening call from our clinical team. If any of the above criteria apply, your scan may be cancelled for safety reasons.

- You are 16 years of age or older (paediatric cases are approved on a case by case basis).
- You do not have a cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, or other non-MRI-safe implanted cardiac devices.
- You do not have metallic foreign bodies in the eye (particularly relevant if you have ever worked with metal, e.g., welding or grinding).
- You are not pregnant.
- Your weight is under 150 kg.
- Your waist circumference is under 50 inches (due to limited scan spacing).
- You have informed us of any metallic implants or previous surgery in the area being scanned.
If any of these criteria apply, your scan may be cancelled for safety reasons.
